First and foremost I’d like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire Impact Zone Family for being the most professional and welcoming group from the moment I stepped foot into the gym! I’d also like to say THANK YOU to Coach Aga and my amazing support group of friends that I’ve had the pleasure to train alongside every day. Whether your looking for a specific one on one training program, a nutritional game plan, or just a VERY CLEAN and well curated and thoughtful arrangement of new machines & weights, IZ is the place to be! And I’d be crazy not to give a shoutout to their FIRE smoothies offered after a hard workout :) I used to be the guy who wasn’t a fan of working out often, and hated getting up early to fit in gym time…I can honestly say it’s now become the BEST PART OF MY DAY!!
