I submitted a request on their website, and within 5 minutes my phone was ringing. This was at the end of the day on a Friday, no less! The cleaning technician arrived right on time (5 minutes early, in fact) and was also very courteous, and professional. He walked the area, did a calculation based on square footage and gave me the final estimate. My carpet is over 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. I told him I didn't expect a miracle from a visual point of view, I just wanted them clean. He jumped right in and WOW, the difference is bonkers. I have short Berber carpet, which is apparently easier to clean, but I cannot believe I didn't do this sooner. I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future to maintain the cleanliness.
