No where when looking for parts did it tell you what came in the packaging. I ordered a hand rail with 90 degree returns, it didn't say that screws came with it and that it also contained connectors for the tubing to attache to, so I purchased connector tubing I don't need. I did online chat and the person told me it had screws but didn't say anything about the connectors, but screws are for metal post and I have wood post. Also it said in instructions to use touch up paint I didn't see any for sale. Price and shipment were good. Quality seems to be good. Things need to be better telling you what you get with each thing ordered or have the person chatting with you explain things better. Just like this it tells me I need to agree to terms before I can submit, but it doesn't show me the terms, I don't know what I am agreeing to.
