I recently bought a used Scion tC with a cracked windshield. They had deemed it unrepairable and written in the contract that they’d replace it. When I called to setup the appointment, they refused to replace the windshield and insisted on only repairing it. Thus, violating the contract. I told them I’d drive back once to give them the opportunity to repair it, because it’s a 120 miles drive and half of my day. Then the repair wasn’t even done properly. After I complained, they said to drive back again and now they’ll replace it. When they could’ve done that in the first place. The dishonesty, manipulation and lack of integrity doesn’t give me any trust in their services. And they just keep giving me a canned response. I’m an unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning to Toyota of Orange.
