I originally rated them 5 stars because their employees were so kind and they had great prices. After 2 years with them they have slowly raised my monthly rate to an astronomical price. For a 10x10 unit they are now charging me $231 per MONTH (started at $80). I am a single mom and cannot afford this. I will be moving out asap and finding a storage facility that isn't money hungry and trying to slowly wring customers out to dry. I am signed up for auto-pay and their system has repeatedly not taken the money out on time and then they tack on the $35 late fee and THEN charge my card. Also, when my ex husband tried to gain access to my unit and I didn't let him he blocked me into their parking lot with our 1yr old daughter in my car and wouldn't let me out. I had to drive on their grass around his vehicle, squeeze behind an electrical pole and they did nothing and refused to give me the footage to show my attorney even when there were no other vehicles or people shown in the footage. Overall they are just ridiculously priced and unhelpful after you move your stuff in. They're great beforehand, I guess.
