Impact Zone is the best of the best! It is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to and always has the newest machines and equipment. Working with Aga over the past month or so has been an amazing experience. She is so knowledgeable, motivating and most importantly, so kind & patient. She has helped me step up my nutrition and workout routine and am so grateful for her and the whole IZ family!
