They came out and rescreened the porch and replaced a few pieces screen channel and 2 doors. They broke off several sprinkler risers and just propped the risers up against the screen. This indicates they knew they damaged them but just didn't care. When we contacted the owner he just said the contract says they aren't responsible for damage caused during install and that was it. I get that some stuff will happen but to break them, not tell us and and then just refer to some lazy get out of jail free card clause is some poor customer service. The risers were over a foot from the screen. Also they were supposed to replace the door frames as well as the two doors per the estimate. They only replaced the doors themselves. Overall would not recommend them as they only do the absolute minimum and don't really care about customer satisfaction. The risers are easy to fix but they just don't give a crap and they doors were not done as they stated in the estimate. Owner offered $35 off for the risers. What a joke.
