My wife and I were pleased to work with 525 who were very professional and personal. We received attention to all our questions and there were several calls/discussions that never felt rushed or contained. We could ask anything including information about alternates and multiple vendors of LTC products. We really wanted to understand the industry and the different vendors, we got several proposals with pricing and this cleared our mind to take action with our budget.
