Fantastic fast service. The table arrived packaged well and protected. The assembly was easy. I was able to put it together by myself, however having a second person to help would have made it a lot faster and easier. The only reason im giving quality 4 stars is because some of the joints on the play surface were a little crooked, however once assembled this is barely noticeable and the play surface is incredibly flat and level. I would give quality 4.5 stars if it were an option. The yellow balls were good for my young child to start with, but order the red balls, they are noticibly faster and still offer better control. The yellow balls do have a tendency to slow and stop where you cant reach them (like i said the table is extremely flat and level). I would like to find a slightly faster ball still as we are getting more accustomed to this table. One other issue is there was a small burr on one of the shafts which would slightly drag when it went through the bearing. Being a christmas gift i didnt have the time to send it back for a replacement, but instead hit it with a file and flat stone and easily fixed it. Im sure Warrior would have sent a new one right out had i called, and i may still do this when i have time. The only play issue is occasionaly a ball got stuck in the return tube. This can be corrected in a mere 2 seconds quickly reaching under the table and slightly lifting the tube. (They are easily accessable while standing). I got the extra weight stabilizing kit which not only gave a sturdy feel to the table (like a more expensive table) but also eliminated the ball stuck in tube problem, because it eliminates the tubes all together. I also really like the shaft protecting tubes. Having small kids playing on the table i dont have to worry about them getting hit in the face with a flying shaft from a wild friend on the other side of the table. This is a great safety feature, they appear strong as ive bumped into them a few times. And they dont get in the way. After having the table for 6 months we are extremely happy with it and would buy it again without hesitation. A lot of research led to the purchase of this table, and i think it is the best one you can get without spending 1800$ plus. I cant stress enough how nice this table is and I expect to enjoy this table with my family for years to come.
