Overpriced!!! The ambience is beautiful, but the food is overpriced! The “side” portions are ridiculous small. 2meals and a few drinks was over $400.

We moved in Dec.8.2023 and I have soooo many issues. We have sooo many issues like: bad paint, cheap flooring, broke appliances, air coming in from all our windows(our electric bill came over $350),toilets are leaking, our floors are coming out. Arbor home management keeping pushing us away and want us to make a ticket for everything, instead take care of since all those issues was already addressed either before our closing date or a few days after we moved in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARBOR HOUSE TO ANYONE! I’ll comeback with updates if anything changes.
