The technician , Marley from Glendale was not personable, he lacked knowledge of the pricing and tried to charge us $400 for 3 doors deadbolt and handle. Because the situation was an eviction we just had your company a couple weeks earlier, and that tech charged $287 for the same work. When he returned from his car after rekeying the doorknob on the front, he said the knob was broke. He never mentioned that before rekey. Now the handle locks but is loose and not working properly. I called management but they said they would take care of it but after two days I haven’t heard from them. I would never recommend AZ Locksmiths because they referred us to Diamond Lock and Key.
