I usually get my nails done here, and I used to love it! However, today I took my my mom to get her nails done for her 60th birthday. The nail tech was absolutely horrible, rude, and aggressive! She would push my moms hands away get physically upset when my mom noticed a mistake. She was terrible. I understand that it was valentines weekend and they’re busy, but it was no excuse for this behavior. I will no longer get my nails done. We complained and they offered us $5 voucher. Wow thanks, my mom got treated like s*** on her 60th birthday with botched nails and you won’t even offer a refund. Don’t go here.
