The driver was very polite and nice, even after having to wait an extra 3 hours on my delayed flight. The vehicle was clean and looked to be well maintained. I had a pleasant conversation with the driver from Jacksonville airport to St. Augustine. I would recommend Airport Express of St. Augustine to anyone.
