My husband and I attended one of the 525 information sessions at a hotel. It was very informative and the guide book that Brian Ott has written was full of great explanations both in written and visual format. We followed up with a one on one meeting with Brian. I was so impressed with how much time he gave us to answer all of our questions. The meeting wasn't over until we had exhausted all of our questions. Brian's assistant did an excellent job in processing our paperwork and preparing us for any questions the insurance company would be asking us. Everything was done in a timely manner.
