They had my car for 12 (TWELVE) days and offered me ZERO accommodations for this ridiculous amount of time to be without transportation. The workers here continually gave me vague answers about when my car would be ready, saying “hopefully by the end of the day tomorrow” on four separate days. They made it so I wouldn’t know how long it was actually going to be to keep me from taking my car elsewhere. My bill was $3,500 and they wanted my money. I consistently had to call them to receive updates on the status of my car, as they NEVER called to tell me what was going on. Each time I would call they would tell me another issue came up. Towards the end of the 12 days they even started screening my calls and would only pick up when I dialed *67. DO NOT take your car to their Car Care Plus to have ANY work done unless you want to be overcharged and neglected! Worst service I have ever experienced I hope nobody has to go through what I did at this place.
