I simply dropped off my small-ish, all-wool, cat-infested rug and picked it up, free of cats, after I returned from vacation. It looks and smells great (no odor) and DA Burns somehow removed the wear pattern from foot traffic. This is my second rug that DA Burns has resurrected. The first was an area tug, 8 x 10, thick-strand, red wool, that they cleaned beautifully (without damaging the thick penne-sized fibers). They also cut off and rebound two corners so that the doors didn't jam on the rug. Excellent work.
