Lee Parsons is our technician and the ratings listed above (except EXPERIENCE) are based on his professionalism with taking care of our pest control needs. The "Experience" is rated at 3 due to the new scheduling process that started over a year ago and is totally useless. We are sent messages from your scheduling office to select when is a convenient day for service and your scheduler never seems to go by our suggested dates. This is useless to me, so I have to call the technician and he schedules our day and time for service and he then notifies your scheduler which works for me.
