I would say POOR service but there was NO service. I went in with a bent frame on my car. They set up an appointment for two weeks later. I returned on that date and they told me they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Their frame machine was booked. I aske if they had my original appointment. They said they did. I asked why they would not honor the appointment and they said the mechanic that operates that machine said I needed to make Another appointment. No reasons, just refused. Lame business.
