I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kidd over a month ago for an annual. The office called me the day before my appointment to tell me she is not taking new patients and I would need to see a nurse practitioner or a PA. Unbelievably disappointed and angry because I asked the question over a month ago - is she taking new patients. Don’t force me to see a PA when I want to see a doctor!
