I wouldn't call myself a coffee connoisseur, but I can definitely tell the difference between a good cup of coffee and a great cup of coffee. Grateful Earth provides a GREAT cup of coffee and the craziest part - it's instant. All you have to do is heat up some water and pour it into a cup with the coffee mix and BAM, your day is movin' and groovin'! I've always overdone it on caffeine intake but the boost that this stuff provides is long-lasting and doesn't cause the jitters or anxiety you can get from other caffeinated products - and I have to chalk that up to the ingredients!
