I originally gave them a 4 star unfortunately after almost a year of having our pool 1 it’s been issues the company they choose to do our warranty is terrible and a reflection of aquatic arts. We did not have a choice and their customer service & owner Joann is terrible. Our Polaris has been broken 2 times in 3 months Now the part is on back order we have no filter for 3-4 weeks Algae in our pool for 2 weeks. Reached out to aquatic for help no response Year round pool came out Thursday and Friday. Dump chemicals said they cleaned but left algae & there for 23 minutes. Told me to run the filter way to know your clients it was disconnected As a business owner the vendors and recommendations are a reflection of the company It is terrible that I would never recommend either company at this point
