The Moen bathroom faucet was dripping onto the towels and supplies under the bathroom sink. We called Plumbing Plus, and Matt the technician verified that the faucet was defective. He reminded us that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. So I called Moen Customer Support and all I had to pay was the shipping. I received the replacement faucet 2 days later. I called Plumbing Plus, and Matt returned the day after the faucet was received and installed it in about an hour. It works perfectly. Matt also replaced the drain. He tightened the handle set-screw on our other faucet, and then adjusted the flapper chain in our vanity bathroom. Matt and Plumbing Plus are not the plumbers in my contact list.
