Training4Life is an amazing place to train. Over a year ago we were looking for a place our kids could start doing an MMA program and after looking at a few different schools in the area, chose T4L for it's high quality environment. Mr. L is great with the kids of all levels, pushing them to work hard, but not over-bearing. Soon after our kids started there, I started training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The curriculum is taught with a level of detail I have not seen elsewhere. The other students are great as well, willing to help teach anyone new who comes in the door. I have recently participated in a BJJ tournament where I placed second thanks to all the great training I received. My wife has also been training there for over a year now, and also enjoys it very much. she has also made some good friends with those in her classes, thanks to a school that attracts great people. If you are thinking about trying any of the classes, either for yourself or for your kids, I can't recommend this place more.
