Have had just a horrendous experience trying to get them to service our appliances for which we paid for their service plan for. I’ve been trying for the last 6 months and the problem still isn’t fixed. Their service department does not communicate with me. I am repeatedly having to be the one to call back to check on the status of this as it has literally gone over a month at times without any sort of update (so I think I give them ample time). Can be sure this will be the last time we purchase anything from them and will be sure to tell all our friends and family about what a nightmare this has been.
