They neglected to cancel my home policy and I didn't find out until I called Allstate a full two(2) weeks later asking about my refund whereabouts at which point Allstate informed it was never cancelled ! The new home policy with Flood & Peterson was then paid by my escrow account for paying for this new policy without any refund to apply . My escrow is now almost $2000.00 in the red and I have no way of fixing this HUGE ERROR ! The only offer of help was a self serving backdating of the canceled policy. They blamed an ill employee tor the error and offered no help and NO APOLOGY ! Do business with this company at your own peril.
