I retained Sikes for a divorce before i was stationed in Korea. Anytime i called them for advise, his wife or the paralegal would get on my a** like was bothering them. They told me to give them requested documents for opposing counsel, i emailed them everything, but they never sent them to the opposing attorney. I found this out when i had to hire a new attorney because Sikes said I never respond to them. They requested an additional retainer to go to court. I asked them for a copy of the billable hoyrs from the previous retainer. They immediately filed to have me removed as a client, citing lack of communication, which is a lie. They tried to take advantage of me because I was in Korea at the time. They prey on soldiers. Do not hire them. They will take your money and do absolutely nothing except give you a hard time.
