I have never really loved any job that I have had previously so being able to say I love my job is huge for me. Having a fulltime job means being at work more than at home, so being able to enjoy going to work is amazing. Both owners are so hands on and are very genuine people, they treat their employees with respect which in return makes me as an employee work even harder for them.
