Shanna is a great trainer. I can say my neck and back is stronger because of her sessions. When I was pregnant, she always made sure I was safe and extremely comfortable. Found new ways to challenge me and tailored the routines to my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and always find the sessions to be super energizing and fun at same time
