Wanted to try this salon because my regular hairstylist was out of town. I live in downtown Chicago and fixed an appointment with a 6th level hairstylist. This Salon with so called 100 levels of expertise apparently cannot cut long thick hair. Received calls to steer me towards canceling an appointment saying the hairstylist never saw me before and would like to know if my hair was worth cutting. Totally unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative rating for this experience.
