What can I say? Other than if you need a safe, secure and timely ride, call Airport Express! The Owner is very responsive, professional, dedicated and may also be one of the nicest people I have ever talked to or done business with! I had paid for another service in St. Aug but never received a confirmation and no one answered the phone when I called 2 days in a row, so I hopped on google and gave Airport Express a call. The owner answered my call while he was cooking dinner, told me he would call me back in an hour, called back in less than an hour and had me all setup in no time. Driver called me 15 mins ahead of time, was 5 mins early and a delight. Will be using them, and only them, when I fly into JAX again!
