I hired them to locate a slab leak. I told them I know what to look for with clean water. I needed help with our drainage. They told me they would not perform a hydrostatic test unless I paid them $3000 to replace the line. They did not scope my line they did nothing else from what I could tell but did a “pressure test” and said there was no leak. If they had done their job this day insurance would have covered my losses but because they didn’t and I had to have another company come out. They found the leak in less than 30 minutes with a scope. I was 6 days past my 14 day limitations with slow leaks. They have cost us 30k. I would not be going with this company if I were you. They will treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about and try to drain you of money before helping you find a problem.
