I don't know how this happened, but our stanchions were not what I ordered. I thought I had ordered the BLACK stanchions and cartridge w/red belts. Instead, I received chrome stanchions with black belts. I seem to remember difficulties on the website choosing the colour of stanchions and belts. I sent numerous emails to Andrew before and never received replies. He was familiar with our previous orders.
