Well I'm back to work with the Help from the Doctors of Physical Therapy at Sports PT of NY PC .I slipped a Disc in my lower back and pinched my Sciatic nerve. I had a hard time walking but with the directions from DR Kerri Laurenza PT of NY I am now back to work and play. She is very skilled and explains the exercises in great detail. Great place to rehab and to get you back on your feet.
