I had my one on one private coaching with Chief Johns. This was a game changer for me. We went over some mock questions and he noticed from the beginning that I was going of a scripted, unnatural, memorized, and as if I was reading straight from my notes (which I was). He educated me on how I didn’t have to memorize any answers. That by simply having solid understanding on my core values and other pointers he mentioned; I can answer any question that was thrown my way. We went again and immediately I noticed the difference. As the session went on I got more confident with my delivery and sounded more natural. I highly recommend Fire Assessment Prep, made me view my approach on a whole different scale. I feel more prepared than I have ever felt. I am definitely looking forward to my panal interview.
