I've trained with Josh in the past and he is absolutely fabulous! I was new to working out, middle aged, very overweight, and had some physical limitations. He always gave me modified ways to accomplish the goal, was firm and really pushed me, but was also very considerate and always used humor to make me get out of my head. He had me doing exercises and meeting goals that I never thought possible for me! If you want to work out at an excellent facility and with qualified trainers, definitely go to his gym!
