Leadership here and SMPLY Payroll are thieves at best! I resign they refuse to pay me, they fire the other person and pay her with bells on! You withholding my pay as a retaliation tactic and discrimination because I quit (oh but before you say you did nothing wrong, ask Jeremy to be honest for a change). You showed who you really are as employers and I exercise my right to quit NC is an "at will" state. Because of your privilege you are breaking the law. Don't forget.....
