Robert was very professional and thorough with his mild inspection and even afterwards while addressing the many questions/concerns that I had. He did not just give me a report and have me decifer, but he took the time to explain the report to me. I felt very comfortable as Robert advised me on some of the specifics of mold and the remediation standards associated with mold removal. Robert made it very clear that he was working for me and helped me to make an educated decision in my home buying process. I must add that Robert is very passionate about his mold inspections and if you suspect you have mold, he is the guy you want to have inspect your home.
