I gave these attorneys referrals back around the 2010 housing crisis and
they were very prompt to meet my client’s needs. So when I had fraud
committed against me by a big corporation that wrecked my credit, I
contacted them. Their admin was prompt to send me to a legal
retainer and instructions on where to send docs which were signed and
sent within 24 hours. But weeks turned into months and then I realized
that “my” attorney phone number on the retainer did not work and
they were not working out of their office. Over 4 months past before I
finally received an email from “my” attorney stating they were
disengaging their legal services from me in summary because they were
to busy and they didn’t have enough help but would recommend
another attorney but that recommendation was never given. My
suggestion would be to read the retainer well before signing, try the
attorneys phone number on the retainer and get something in writing
as to how soon they are going to start communicating with you on your
case without using Covid for an excuse 4+ months later.
