I had a back issue for a few years. I went to a pain management specialist and received cortisone injections twice in 12 months that helped somewhat. When the Dr. suggested to see Dr Stone I was very surprised, but much to my apprehension I was so glad I did. My back is so much better, the pain is minimal and to this day, over a year later,I still do the exercises to help.
