I pulled a muscle in my back and hamstring. I Had pretty much stopped most activities while it was Slowly healing. I received gentile adjustments, K Lazer and Core treatments from Dr. Gray and his team. At first we did not know why my back was going out so easily. Then we realized that my Lymphedema in my upper quadrant had returned. It is a post BCancer side effect, which is swelling! The swelling was making it easy for my back to go out. We continued with the Core Machine. I find the Core machine which is very reasonably price, helped me to get strong again. I was losing the health and fitness battle. Now for the very first time I can work in my yard without hurting myself. My overall activities have increased. I am not watching life go by as a senior! Thanks to Dr Gray and team , I am really excited about the future! They are very efficient with my time and always concerned about my progress! Oh, how I have made progress. The future is bright!
