Very poor quality campers. Found out through other RVers at local parks that the brands they sell are bottom of the totem pole. The only brands available to them because no other dealers wanted them. They seem desperate for business so they don’t discount and their parts pricing are quite high. Tried to charge $500 for a brake control that costs $65 retail and only 15 minutes then install. They try to cover their rip off prices with kindness but don’t let that fool you. If you have service issues they will make you pay even if it is the fault of the manufacturer. They are also limited in their service department with qualified technicians so you can forget about getting work done n a reasonable amount of time. If they ever do expand, which is doubtful, it will only get worse. Also watch their advertising closely. If something is advertised and then doesn’t come with the camper as advertised, you are out of luck. They won’t stand behind it. Seems like a pretty poorly run outfit doing whatever to make a buck to survive and the consumer is the one to get the bad end of the deal. Beware of the smiles!
