They walked by our sides every step of the way. Funeral homes can often look outdated and dark, but inside felt light and airy- almost like you are in your own family home. I recall walking in and asking what the secret was to the delightful aroma throughout: it provided a sense of calm to know that even the smallest details were given consideration. Dan was incredible! He answered all my questions no matter the time of day! He kept the mood light with his jokes but did not skip a beat on details. When my grandmother finally passed away, the team who arrived for her transport was considerate, discrete, and professional. Within a few hours of arrival, she was embalmed which speaks to the level of care they took to prevent deterioration. I was impressed by the willingness to have her funeral arrangements expedited within three days. We did decide to change our plans last minute and Dan made it feel entirely okay. We were perpetually late to meetings and still, Dan greeted us with jokes and laughter. Every detail was effectively communicated to us along the way, and I could not be happier with the service we received. Id like to further point out the attention to detail: My grandmother’s outfit was missing a camisole and Dan went above and beyond to provide one for her. I was impressed. The greatest joy was the surprise transition from a standard concrete liner to an all-white vault. My family was extremely pleased! And finally, the two-day services went off without a hitch! Kyle was present, professional, kind, and communicative. Frequent check-ins by the team were provided in such a memorable way. While we paid for a service, what we received felt like high-quality care that money could not buy!
