Annabel at Queen & Grace could not have been more helpful. Someone very close to me found out she had to go to Calgary from Regina because her 32 year old son was diagnosed with brain cancer and was in the hospital. It was during COVID lockdown times - no one could help or hug in person and I live in Toronto. I felt utterly helpless. I wanted to send her something that was like me hugging her and might keep her comfortable while sitting and waiting and worrying - I had a cashmere wrap in mind... Although I live in Toronto, there was nothing affordable and appropriate here and trust me, I looked. While searching online, I came across Annabel's lovely Queen & Grace store. Exactly what I wanted and a reasonable price. I spoke to Annabel on the phone. Not only did she ship it via FedEx with an insanely quick turnaround time so it would get to my loved one in time, she packaged it beautifully and inserted a card with my best wishes transcribed. Even the script on the outer label was all class and beautiful. During a moment of utter devastation and helplessness, Annabel came through for a stranger who lived across the country. I cannot give enough stars to this wonderful woman and her amazing store. And the wrap is just beautiful.
