I was able to take the test with much more ease after knowing what to expect . The business is run very well with follow-ups and tips, the zoom meetings were found to be MOST helpful. I wish that the class came with one more zoom meeting. Over all I'm very satisfied with what I have learned, even if this doesn't result in a promotion it will make me a better officer.
