Champion companies clearly just wants your money. We moved into their apartments Duncan Park and honestly the interior looks very nice and we were excited to be here. We quickly realized this was not going to be a good experience. There was obviously no attempt to sound proof apartments, you can hear every little thing from your neighbors. They sort of throw buildings up and make them look nice inside but the actual structural quality is very poor. They are an inconsiderate management company who does not solve problems in their communities. My recommendation is to rent from someone else.
