I've been a member of Houston Gym for about 6 months or so now and couldn't be happier. I signed up as part of a weight loss program which allowed me to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. These trainers, as well as all of the other staff I have encountered, have been friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and always willing to help. I'm working one-on-one with my trainer, Darrell, now and he has so far exceeded every expectation I had. The facilities are always clean and the equipment all seems in good order. While not a 24-hour gym, their operating hours fit my schedule. I would highly recommend Houston Gym to anyone looking for a new place to work hard and achieve their fitness goals.
