The lady today gave me terrible customer service, and I was a new customer. she would become  irritated when I politely inquired about their shipping processes. If you're looking for a store with good customer service, look elsewhere because this one falls significantly short in that area. I was glad to leave that store and don't have any future intentions to go back.
