We bought a queen plush mattress in 2016 and it was great! Then we moved and had more space so bought a king mattress last fall. My husband sleeps on his stomach so we decided to try a firmer mattress. It ended up being less comfortable for us so we contacted Crave just before 100 days to do a return for the plush mattress and offered to pay the difference. Jeff communicated with us from Jan 8-21 and then stopped speaking to us. I emailed to follow up on Feb 3 and Feb 14 with no response either time. It has now been a month since we heard from Jeff and I’m pretty sure we’re not getting our mattress. It’s too bad because the quality is good and we’ve now spent several thousand dollars on Crave mattresses. We even recommended it to friends. Just know that the 100-night guarantee may be more for marketing than anything else and it’s a costly risk.
