I appreciate the friendly greeting when arriving and departing. When there are at least 2 staff at the front desk, it would be nice to see a staff member circulating around to be of help if needed. Also I’m wondering how often all the equipment is sanitized? Even though members are expected to wipe down the machines, it would be nice to know how often it gets thoroughly cleaned.
