My laptop was locked up and I worked on it for several hours with a friend. We had no luck getting the computer unlocked. Another friend gave me Ryan’s information so I contacted him and he was able to unlock the computer. (It was locked up by bitlocker) There were other problems that he corrected and installed a ssd drive. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me posted to what he was doing.
